Actor Shammi Kapoor will now share his special moments with youtube

Legendary actor Shammi Kapoor, who is said to be the first among Bollywood celebrities to adopt new media, will now share his special moments with fans through a video blog called "Shammi Kapoor Unplugged". He thanks Rajat Barjatya for making it possible.

"All credit goes to him (Rajat). Of course, they are my memories, but he has got them unplugged," Shammi Kapoor, who came in a wheelchair, told reporters at Rajshri Media office here Tuesday.

"They (Rajshri Media) have made a list of the moments from my life and my heroines like Nutanji and Madhubala on which I will speak. It's a matter of how deep down I am willing to go.

"It's a beautiful opportunity to share with you the wonderful moments of my life," said the 78-year-old who gave hits like "Kashmir Ki Kali", "Junglee", "Bluffmaster" and "An Evening In Paris".

"Shammi Kapoor Unplugged" is designed by Barjatya's Rajshri Media and will be available on web and mobile phones.

Rajshri Media has produced a series of two-three minute episodes of "Shammi Kapoor Unplugged" and will release new episodes every Monday on www.rajshri.com and www.youtube.com/shammikapoor and on web and mobile partners of Rajshri Media.

Kapoor, however, ruled out any possibility of doing movies.

"Wouldn't that be asking too much from god. He kept me so nicely, wonderfully alive. I go to the hospital thrice a week for dialysis. I can do a little bit of walkabout here and there, otherwise I am in a wheelchair. He (god) has given me so much. I don't think I am ever going to be making any comeback," he said.

Kapoor is one of the first few celebrities in Bollywood who took to e-mail.
