Sherlyn Chopra Will Make Her Theatre Debut


Sherlyn Chopra will make her theatre debut in Fourplay.Producer-director Vandana Sajnani's comic caper has the starlet essay the dual role of a hot Bengali teacher as well as of a maid. And needless to add the sex siren will strip on the stage not to her bare essentials but to a corset.

At present readings are in progress with the play slated to open in the city in September. Actors Rajesh Khattar (who is Vandana's hubby) and Sammir Kocchar will feature in Fourplay, which as the title suggests, is full of double entendres.

Sherlyn said, "I see it as agreat opportunity to hone my acting skills. The interaction with the live audience would be an icing on the cake."

She added, "As Chilli (the naughty maid) and Honey (the hot Bengali teacher) I create chaos in the plot. It's going to be quite challenging and fun to portray two different characters in one play."

"I don't suffer from stage fright. Thanks to my dad, I was into poetry recitation during my student days. Memorising passages will not be a problem," she added.

Sajnani's earlier productions include Please Divorce Me Darling, and Love Hua Once More, among others.
