Actor Madhuri Dixit has reportedly been chosen as the brand ambassador for chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s food channel, Food Food.
The actor is expected to announce her association with the brand today at a press meet. At the time of going to press, her contract was still being worked around.
When contacted, the actor’s manager and spokesperson confirmed the news and said, “Her deal hasn’t been officially locked yet. But we’ll be through by evening.”
Meanwhile, co-owner and celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor sounded elated at the enquiry but refused to comment: “As of today, I can’t comment on her association with my channel.
But I would love Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and even Sachin Tendulkar to be associated with my channel. All the biggies are welcome, but you’ll have to wait for an official announcement.”
